The Story Behind
Lambretta Pantry

Lambretta Pantry started where all good food stories begin, in a busy kitchen. We're the team behind Lambretta Pizzeria in Toronto, known for New York–style pizza, quality ingredients and a loyal neighbourhood following. Over the years we started playing with infused oils, citrus garnishes and toppings for our own menu and bar. First it was little jars. Then bottles. Then the ideas kept coming, dried blood oranges for cocktails, lemons and limes for teas, pantry staples that make home cooking a little more exciting without making it more complicated.
